Paws Up for Healthy Paws
For some reason my review didn't post when I first submitted it, so I'm trying again.
Last month my dog tore her ACL, resulting in surgery and both physical therapy and hydrotherapy, which are still ongoing. She's been insured with Healthy Paws since she was two years old (she's five-and-a-half now), and I can't even begin to describe the peace of mind that brought me when I needed it most. It was so wonderful, at a time when I was in shock and worried about my girl's future, to be able to tell my vet "Whatever she needs, do it."
My claims have been paid with incredible promptness, and they even e-mailed me after her surgery to ask how she was doing. I've raved about them so much that my vet's office has now begun recommending Healthy Paws to their clients after seeing problems with so many other insurers. Any future dogs I ever own will be Healthy Paws dogs.

Love love love the claims pre-approving
I was so glad that in under five minutes, while in the exam room at the vet, I was able to find out exactly what Pets Best would and wouldn't cover. We knew exactly what to expect before we had to file any claims so we weren't disappointed later. The customer service rep was friendly and helpful, and offered information about the Wellness Plan and how to add another authorizer on our account. Thank you Pets Best Insurance!

Great caring response.
Our dog, Mickey, scratched his eye and it was watering and tearing constantly. The vet treated him several time and finally cured the scratch on his cornea. The claim we filed was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you ASPCA Insurance.

Sadly our pet passed. Pets Best was incredible
Our 10 year old Great Dane Pharoah taken into the vet with an obstruction we thought and unfortunately found out that his intestine had twisted - because of the concern we were referred to the emergency clinic here in Spokane where he was euthanized after being on the operating table to remove the obstruction and the vet made the discovery and stated there was no recovery for his condition - I called and spoke to Jayne about our claims since their were several facilities used and how they would be handled. She was very informative and concerned and empathetic - Thank you so much! Also the claims were processed in an incredibly quick pace! I could not be happier since the cost of this right after the Christmas holiday was unexpected.

Thanks for being my pets' friend
Before I had ASPCA insurance for my cats, I had had VPI (whose deductible was $50 per incident per year) and then Pets Health (whose deductible was the same as ASPCA's, but they never paid ANYthing. With ASPCA insurance, I have policies that actually are worth something to me - and to my cats, especially now that I am retired and on a fixed income.
One of my most recent issues was with my 14-year-old Siamese cat, Jontue II. In the course of three vet visits during approximately three weeks, I had spent over $900 on his care, including euthanasia at the last visit. My payments from ASPCA totaled more than two thirds of my costs.
I am happy to say that my new kitty, Jontue III, has now been signed up for ASPCA insurance, along with his aunt and uncles.
Thank you for being my pets' friend (and mine),

very helpfull and quick to process
My standard Doxie got an unknown virus that ended up her in the hospital for 2 days and took over 2 weeks and 2 different vet hospitals (had to change for labor day weekend. She's great now and trupanion had not issues with the different bills and different hospitals. They realized it was the same claim and everything was processed and check in hand within 10 days.

Great insurance
We love the support of having insurance on our dogs. In the few instances we have had a claim the process has been easy and the pay out prompt and consistent with the terms of our policy.

Very good explanation of claim and benefits coveri
Our puppy was hospitalized for acute vomiting and dehydration . Embrace covered most of the items in the claim and gave us a very clear explanation of how they determined the amount. We did have to wait a while for the claim to be processed but Embrace stayed in email contact with us during that time.
