Embrace had the most coverage for the most reasonable price and so far they've been great. The orthopedic exam that they require in order for you to be coverd for any bone injuries within 6 months of coverage was reimbursed to me, being I had the wellness coverage on my dog. They acknowledged the claim within days, and within a week I had the check in the mail!

These guys are great in all aspects from the customer service to the quick prompt response times to ensure your pet is top priority. My Baby came ill over night and I knew there was something off. I called Trupanion to ask how the pet insure would work if I took her in to the Vet. I hadn't had to use the insurance so at this point I had questions. They were concerned for my pet and encouranged me to bring her in to make sure all was well. My pooch ended up at the Emergency Vet where they kept her over night for further testing act.. I had to call Trupanion once again and once again their Customer Service was really the best I have seen. Working with people and Customer based work, they really have the best of the best on staff. Everyone seems to really love working for this company. Clearly they are doing something right. I wanted to ensure I took the time to comment on this as it really made a good impression and also helped in my time of panic and need. At the end of this, I can say my Baby is back home with me now and feeling back to her healthy self. My claim came close to $700.00 and I paid $0 deductable and they processed the payment quicker then I could blink an eye. Really all I can say is THANK YOU TRUPANION. This is the first time I have ever purchased Pet Insurance and I don't regret it one bit. A few times I contemplated cancelling my Pet Insurance. And I am now thanking my lucky stars that I didn't. I took out pet insurance when I got my new puppy. I took out a policy that had a $50.00 deductible per claim. I have only had one claim to date and it did not qualify for reimbursement as the claim was not over the regular office visit. My total premium with tax is $64.00 per month. It seems like a lot of money but I know there will be a time when I will need this policy. I think of it as less than a take out coffee per day. Instead of paying a huge Vet bill when I will need it, I am paying is slowly over time. It is a lot less painful to pay $2.00 a day than a bill that could bankrupt you. Yes we will do anything for our beloved companions!!

We purchased Pet Insurance for the first time in 01/2012. BEST Decision/Purchase we ever Made! I researched other Insurances but found that the wording used in their Policies left ample 'wiggle' room to decline coverage for many things. Whereas, EMBRACE INSURANCE was very straightforward, honest, and clear about what is covered, what isnt, etc.. Our bulldog is young, very curious and rather clumsy. Without Embrace Insurance, I dont know what we would've done. I have numerous co-workers who have heard my stories about 'the most recent Vet visit' of the week/month'. I additionally explain about our Pet Insurance, and (of course), many of them ask for a brochure, or website, etc.. We ABSOLUTELY intend on keeping this Insurance company for Every pet for the rest of our lives. We are exceptionally pleased with Embrace in every aspect.
