Upon return from our beach vacation we noticed Ariel walking funny. After taking her to the vet we were stunned to find out that she had a grade four patella luxation. We have been so grateful we chose to purchase Trupanion for our senior dog. It's been a godseand. Our once very healthy dog has developed a urinary issue which the vets are still working up. When an emergency neurology appointment was needed for my doberman, Trupanion pre-approved more than $4,000 allowing us to get our dog the testing he needed. They did exactly what they said they would, called and emailed to update me of progress of all my claims, and allowed us to make decisions for our pet based on what we thought was best for him, and not based on our finances. I STRONGLY recommend this company to anyone with a pet.
