Delighted with HealthyPaws' commitment and service
Lulu, my dog, was rescued 2 years ago. I researched, found and rerolled Lulu with HealthyPaws insurance on line as it attracted me with the co-founders' commitment to animals. Lulu has been healthy throughout, until 2 weeks ago. Lulu was sick with her stomach. I took he to our regular vet, Dr. Reed in Campbell, CA who is an attentive Vet. He did the necessary procedures and test for Lulu making sure that she did not have foreign objects in her tommy. Lulu recovered well in a week. I faxed the medical visit document to Healthy Paws which was processed immediately, with follow-up email inquiring about Lulu 's health development and status of arrival check. I was astonishing with their customer service staff taking each case in hand following up with the pet's condition which is un heard of in other even Vet's office. Highly Favorably Responsive
The Embrace staff are highly responsive to claims, review and reimbursement. I’ve only been with them a few months, but my first claim submittal under the wellness program was quickly resolved without hassle. So far, I would recommend Embrace to anyone looking for a reputable health insurance carrier.

Embrace processed my claim in minimal time!!
My mastiff had some issues which required some teeth work, claw sanding, and checking his ears. Got everything done and submitted the claim within a couple of days to Embrace. Within 10 days I had my check in hand and everything Embrace briefed me on as far as the whole process was spot on!!!

Excellent Service with a friendly touch :)
We have an Alapaha Blue Blood Bulldog that just turned three and was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma and Metastatic Cancer. We are devastated since that horrible day August 27th, 2013. We chose to amputate his leg to rid him of the pain he had been in for six weeks while we thought it was just an injured knee. It all happened so fast and expenses came quickly. We felt comfortable in choosing quality of life for our baby Bobbo. Embrace took all the claims and within a few weeks turned everything back to us that they had promised. We are facing a horrible situation and Bobbo isnn't supposed to live past November 1st but we have a great Oncologist, Dr. Alice Villalobos, and a good plan so we're as hopeful as we can be from day to day. Bobbo is doing well and that's what counts. We have our second round of Carboplatin tomorrow in LA. Thanks Embrace on making it feasible to enjoy our baby a bit longer with all the treatments.

Very very easy to work with
i recently purchased policy for 4 pets and had made a mistake when declaring an illness for one of them. i had said eye infection when in fact it was an ear infection. i called and they corrected the error for me and sent me a corrected policy

Customer service excellent

Outstanding Service
Embrace continues to impress me. My poor pup had some stomach problems, and we had to run the usual battery of tests. I quickly and easily submitted my claim, and a couple of weeks later, I got a fair reimbursement for the majority of my two claims. Can't complain. I have a sense of peace of mind being an Embrace customer, especially with as expensive as pet care can be. Pet insurance is essential these days, and Embrace is the way to go...I've been a member for almost 4 years. Highly recommended!

Outstanding prompt and personal attention to claim
I have three dogs insured with Healthy Paws and have been consistently impressed at the thoroughness and promptness of response I have received each time I have submitted a claim. And the personal notes, inquiring about my pet's recovery are unusual and appreciated. I have tried other pet insurance, but switched to Healthy Paws and could not be happier.
