I've had Embrace coverage for a couple of years now after losing our Doberman girl to a ruptured disc. Our rescued Greyhound had a couple of incidents this year and the coverage helped with the vet bill, the paperwork was easy, the reimbursement was quick. They keep in touch by email and have a portal on their website. If the policy holder reads the policy options and pays attention to the coverage there shouldn't be problems. I've visited their offices (with my pets), met the staff and then-owner and was impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. They were not shy about showing me their digs and even the software to see how my claims are handled.I think they had some recent ownership changes, but I have seen no negative change in my dealings with them. I endorse them completely.

Embrace has been great covering all my dog's issues! They covered 80% of my dog's partial elbow replacement. They have been wonderful!

My Frenchie was diagnosed with Lymphoma recently. I had purchased insurance through Healthy Paws a few months back, and it turned out to be an absolute life saver. The medical bills climbed into the thousands in a matter of days, and Healthy Paws has covered EVERYTHING that they said would. They have given me the ability to continue his Chemotherapy, and he was able to celebrate his 6th birthday with us this past weekend. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Pet Insurance.

I have six dogs insured with ASPCA. Over the past few years, I have had several claims, and all have been dealt with quickly and expediently. Due to the deductible I do not submit smaller claims. Instead, I consider this "catastrophic" insurance, in case something big and bad happens to one of my dogs. I am not pleased with all the pre-existing condition limitations, and that these stack up with each renewal. I suppose I should start shopping around. So many of us have older dogs, whom we love and cherish. I think we need a "medicare" plan for them, funded by pet health insurance companies as a group.

I am new to pet insurance and have only done two "wellness" claims from routine vet visits for my puppy. I am thoroughly impressed! Not only was each claim reimbursed very fast, it was directly deposited into my account and I could check the status online. Overall, Embrace has been fabulous to work with. They even have a personal touch with someone I can directly reach out to with questions. Two thumbs up!

Gizmo is my baby and has been going through a lot in the last few months. Trupanion has been there for him and has helped me give him the best of care.. If you do not have pet health insurance I recommend you get it and Trupanion has been great. We all love out babies and they deserve the best medical care.. Very pleased, got the coverage do what it should, little disappointed with how to send the documents over (they never got my fax, emails I guess where to large with the attachements, had to send multiple time). However, at the end of the day, my dogs treatment expenses got covered. Thank you, for once I don't need to worry about how much it will cost me to help my dog if there is a need for that.
