I have insured 2 beagles with Embrace insurance and have never encountered any problems with submitted claims. Having this insurance gives me peace of mind that I will be able to afford treatment that is needed. I have found the process from submitting claim to payment very efficient!

Our conversation was very helpful. We had a question about coverage and Sterling was very helpful. We ended up taking a different course of action than our hypothetical question.

I'm happy with this pet insurance. I have an 8 year old pit bull that we've had insured through ASPCA since he was a puppy. He never had any illness or accident so we went years paying the monthly premium without using the insurance so I considered it somewhat of a waste of money for several years. However, I'm glad I kept it because my dog had a tplo surgery with a hefty bill, among other procedures done in the past cpl years that I was paid out on and it helped tremendously. I do think it's a high monthly cost and it does go up as your dog gets older so I'm not sure if having it on him as a young dog was necessary but I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering it. That being said, if I get insurance for another pet, I will wait until they are at least 4 or 5 to start it.

I have had many pets over the years, but have never purchased pet insurance. A couple years ago, my dog Jake ate a corncob. The experience cost me lots of money. When we rescued Baxter 6 months ago, I decided to get Pet insurance. I did a lot of investigating and decided upon Pets Best. Unfortunately, on Christmas eve, Baxter started vomiting. I took him to the emergency vet where he spent the night. He had ingested a cat toy, that he eventually passed. I submitted all of the invoices and bills, and here it is New Years eve, and I already have an email stating that they will be reimbursing me according to the policy for my vet bills. Amazing..I never dreamed it could be so easy and hassle free. Baxter is fine, and thanks to Pets Best for reimbursing me for the cost of keeping him healthy. I definitely recommend Pets Best insurance.

I can't say enough about the speed and ease of working with Trupanion. From my initial call to confirm my coverage to my pets release from the hospital Trupanion was completely supportive. Our dog was struck by a landscaping truck and required extensive surgery. Without Trupanion's support we would not have been able to afford the surgery and extended recovery necessary to save him. Thanks to great doctors and Trupanion he is home today and sleeping on his sofa.

The preventative insurance Is great coverage for yearly check ups and routine vaccines. The process for getting reimbursed was very simple, we just put in the information and received the reimbursement. The only reason I gave it a 9 instead of 10 was because the review process took a couple weeks which could be an issue for some families, but I think it's pretty standard. They also called me after my claim was processed to see how my pets were doing and to make sure I didn't have any problems or questions. So glad I chose ASPCA!
