best insurance company ever
This company is amazing in responsiveness to claims, I wish I'd found them before I enrolled with another company. I'm so glad I switched to them. I faxed the claim information and got my eob email 2 hours later. This is my second claim for Trevor and both experiences have been so easy, they are excellent. I've referred others to Healthy Paws, I just can't say enough positive things about their customer service. And helping homeless pets is a bonus.

Jedidiah Injury
When I came home and found one of my precious "babies" (cat) limping and knuckling horribly, the ASPCA insurance and the people who work with it, were professional, nice, understanding and very helpful in being able to use the pet insurance. They walked me through the steps needed to file a claim and gave useful tips on what was needed to make a "speedy" claim.

They have got it right!
Our "human" healthcare insurance companies could learn more than a thing or 2 from Healthy Paws. I receive an email within 24 hours of them receiving the claim from our vet. Then in another 24 hours I receive a statement showing what will be covered. Within 7-10 days I am depositing a check. Unfortunately, this is an insurance that is getting used monthly for our sick 18 month old comfort golden retriever. Our vet office recommended them, and I couldn't be happier with our choice. They are fabulous!

Very Good Service

Healthy paws rocks!
I just have to say WOW! This is my first experience with a pet insurance and Healthy Paws and I am soo pleased. My American Bulldog needed emergency surgery for a ruptured cornea and entropion. Healthy Paws was there to help every step of the way. They are prompt and their customer service is great. I also left a great review on their facebook page and tell everyone I know who is shopping for insurance about them.

Easy claim processing, prompt payment
Our dog recently came down with a scary case giardia which required imaging and laboratory studies, fluid replacement and two types of oral medications. With a bill approaching $700 we were delighted at how quickly our claim was processed and paid. They even sent us an email asking how out pup was doing! If only my own health insurance was this good....
