Very Glad We Had the Insurance

We adopted our 6 yr old Bichon Frise from a Rescue Group and he was AKC registered. When I transferred the certificate over, I received a 30 day trial for pet insurance and took it. I renewed it at the end and very glad I did. Three months later while running in the yard, Clark yelped. I thought he had pulled a muscle. He was very quiet the rest of the day and by the middle of the night woke me up panting. When I took him to get some water, I put him on the ground and he could not get up and walk. I brought him directly to the emergency vet where it was diagnosed that he ruptured a disk in his back and had to have an emergency Hemilaminectomy. It took 2 1/2 weeks before he could walk. I wrote up the claim and sent it in and was very relieved that most of the bill was covered. Unfortunately, three years later it happened again, this time it was two disks. And once again, PetPartners came through. We love this little guy to bits and happy that we could help him through this.

We have been long-time policyholders and we have usually had nothing but wonderful service from ASPCA. Like any other type of insurance, there are always things that are not going to work for everyone. On the whole though, we have had no problems with the way the insurance has worked for us. The customer service has been excellent - you can speak to real people when you call them, and those people have been helpful and friendly whenever I've called. I also appreciate the online services, which have really stepped up over the time we've held our insurance with this company. The fact that so much information is online now (claim status, policy details, etc.) is great and saves me time on the phone. I have been filing my claims via email for a few years now and they are processed pretty rapidly. All in all we are quite satisfied with the quality of this company's services and we would recommend them to others.

Fantastic Service

We have a puppy that has addisons disease, and trupanion has been so wonderful through our trying times, they have always paid our claims within one week, and they send me emails to keep me abreast of the status of each claim submitted. I have the 90% plan and it is well worth it since Nala will be on medication for the rest of her life. Thank you Trupanion for being there for us.Ron and Deanna Powell

Good Service - Got what I paid for

Good service and follow up on their part. Took a little longer to get payment than I would have liked, but pretty good overall. Would recommend insuring to the highest or second highest level - these things get pricey

Great Service

My dog became very ill, vomiting, falling over and very lethargic. After an entire day at the vet getting multiple tests and IV fluids, he was much better. However, the bill was over $500. Healthy Paws processed my claim within 2 days and sent me an e-mail informing me of how much I was being reimbursed, as well as a follow up e-mail to see how he was doing. I have had another insurance previously, and I have to say that I am extremely impressed about the service that we received and the ease at submitting the claim. I am very glad that I switched to Healthy Paws, and I would strongly recommend them to others.

Pet's Best is true to it's name!

Our Chocolate Lab Cosmo developed an intense nausea and vomiting. She did not have an appitite, nor was she drinking any water. We had to take her to an ER vet after hours for treatment. She was not better the next day; we took her back. She was diagnosed with an inflamed pancreas. Cosmo is now recovering at home. Within one day, we got an acknowledgement email. Our claim was processed fast. Twp CSR I spoke with were sympathetic and very concerned about Cosmo's condition. We would not dream of having any other insurance company.

The best decision you can make for your pet!

Diezel, my four year-old German Shepherd was recently in Intensive Care with aspiration Pneumonia .For eight days he had to remain on Oxygen, had to be on high doses of antibiotics, and under round the clock care. Needless to say all of this got very expensive very quickly! After taking Diezel home to start the recovery process I contacted Healthy Paws pet insurance to see what red tape and hoops I would have to jump through to get any kind of reimbursement, if any! I was pleasantly shocked how easy they made the entire process, and how quickly I was reimbursed! Purchasing Healthy Paws was one of the best decisions I have ever made for my pets, and I plan on recommending them to everyone I know!

Excellent Service!

Cody, our 10 year old Sheltie had a sudden severe nosebleed. We had to rush him to the local pet emergency room where he was diagnosed with high blood pressure and kindey failure. He spent the weekend in at the emergency room ICU, a day at the specialist, and 5 days at our vets office for IV treatments. This was our first claim with Embrace, and I was a little nervous about the process. It could have not been easier. Faxed my claim form and invoices, got an e-mail confirmation in less than 24 hours confirming reciept of my claim, and when I should expect a response. Next e-mail was to let me know that my checks were in the mail. No issues at all! Follow up visits/claims have all been handled the same way. I am very pleased with Embrace, and would highly recommend theme to anyone considering pet insurance.
