I submitted the claim form for both wellness and insurance together in a single email. Embrace staff split them into two separate filings for us. They sent us emails to keep us informed throughout the claim process. Reimbursement was directly deposited to our bank account; we even got an email to follow up on whether we've received the payment. Great service overall. Thanks.

Aloha! When I started shopping around for pet insurance for my 2 kids, I checked every company out there. I talked to several people about the pet insurance they had and got several referals. However, after I spent a great deal of time reading the 'fine' print on all the contracts and all the options. When I settled on Healthy Paws, I felt I had chosen the best company. My experience with the staff at Healthy Paws has been top-notch. When I made a claim on my daughter, they responded right away. No matter what time it was. I live in Hawaii and when I called to leave them a message because it was after hours, someone actually answered the phone and she remembered me from my emails! That's customer service!!! Even after my daughter's surgery, they emailed me just to check up on my baby girl. I've told everyone that I know who has pets about Healthy Paws and how great the company is. They are prompt with communications and reimbursements. Its the best pet insurance company on the market! I suspected that my 7 month old puppy had got into my Ibuprofen and potentially swallowed 400 mg worth of the gel pills. I had to get immediate induced vomiting and a 2-day ER stay. Thankfully, he came out of the ER fine and healthy. When I submitted the claim form to Embrace, everyone I was in contact with was very helpful and friendly. I've recommended Embrace to friends and they have decided on using Embrace as well.

Healthy Paws has been great w/responding to claims and handling all inquiries. My rescue pitbull, Sam, unfortunately has a habit of ingesting things that are harmful. The first time, when I had him for 2 mos, he swallowed half a tennis ball. I didn't have insurance and it cost approx $2000 for surgery to remove the ball. After that frightening experience, I purchased Healthy Paws and am so glad that I did. As a young dog he has had a few other mishaps that were now covered by Healthy Paws - he was bitten by another dog; scorched the pads of his paws from playing on hot summer pavement, ingested an eye glass lens, ear infection and most recently a ping pong ball scare. I didn't have one problem with re-imbursement for any of the above. We could not do without this insurance and I highly recommend it.

They are paying 90% of her surgery, all her meds, even her glucosamine chews. Now she is in rehab to help her get a full recovery, which is also covered. I never could have done all of this for my dog without them. It has made a stressful time easier. I highly recommend this company & getting insurance for your dog! My dog is a shelter rescue got her at 8 weeks & would never have guessed she would have hip dysplasia.

My beloved Kaci had to have a growth removed from her tummy and x-rays for a reverse sneeze type cough. The x-rays came back suspicious and we were referred to the U of I Vet Clinic for follow-up. I was terrified something bad was going on. Thanks to Embrace Insurance, it took all of 1 second to say set it up. Cost did not enter into the decision to get my Kaci check out. That was because of Embrace. Embrace reps told me to only worry about Kaci. It turned out she got a clean bill of health. Filing the claims associated with this was easy and the checks were in my hands within two weeks. Embrace covered over 3/4 of her charges but the peace of mind is priceless. They are the best.
