I've been with Embrace for a number of years and several dogs. I couldn't be happier with the prompt coverage and the courteous, knowledgeable service. I was with another company first and switched to Embrace. So glad I did.

Healthy Paws is the best pet insurance I have ever had or heard about. My veterinarian was so impressed with the help and care they gave me that she called them to get brochures for her clients. They were not only speedy with our monies. They were compassionate, caring, even checked in to see how he was. I could not recommend a pet insurance carrier any more.

Bodhi is a little 11 pound chihuahua mix that has had skin/allergy problems and then last summer he ate a pill at a friend's house and then just recently this fall had a seizure-type episode. Their claims department is really friendly and fast, they process claims within 48 hours and never had a problem with them. Our vet helped us to submit the first claim as it needed a complete history and review, after that, I just send an email and that's it.Our dog has always been very healthy, but being super active and full of energy we decided to get the insurance, best decision ever.

We have had Healthy Paws Pet Insurance for about 6 months now for our little one year old frenchie and we could not be happier. Our frenchie recently had to undergo a major emergency surgery and we were so grateful to have Healthy Paws pet insurance for him, what a blessing. We were able to have the critical care clinic perform all procedures needed to save our frenchie and get him back to normal because we are with Healthy Paws. We even heard the critical care clinic recommend Healthy Paws to another customer there asking about pet insurance! Healthy Paws emailed us on the weekend a note sending hugs to our frenchie, I was so positively surprised, I would have never expected anything like this from a pet insurance. They have a very personal style of communicating and are very compassionate. On the claim submission process, Healthy Paws has been very easy to deal with while being extremely fast, one day after submitting any invoices we receive a response, and the check is in the mail 2-3 days later. Only for the first claim they require the full medical records of your pet which your vet will handle for you. Afterwards only invoices need to be submitted. Submitting your invoices your vet will also handle for you if you leave a blank claim form at your vets office; so really, there is no work for you after you printed and signed the claim form and gave to your vet. My boy cat Sam started looking terrible a few years ago. We had him insured along with my other cat. We took him to the vet and after some expensive tests and an afternoon stay, we found out he was a diabetic cat! I sent in the claims to my insurance and was amazed at not only how quickly they responded with reimbursement but also notes saying thank you for taking good care of him and asking how he was, and most importantly, the coverage was better than my own health care!! Since that 1st claim I have had to make many more for syringes and insulin and the system for claims in upgraded from checks in the mail to direct deposit. It's great. I know when my kitties get sick, I won't have to have that extra worry of how to pay for it. It will be covered and covered immediately.
