Dr. Sandra Madden from MyVet made a home visit for our aging Labrador. This was much less traumatic for our timid dog. Trupanion's reimbursement arrived very quickly after submission.

We have been so appreciative of the regular communication and prompt processing of our claims for our beloved Bailey. I was hesitant for years to take out pet insurance as I had heard that not much was covered. This has not turned out to be the case. After Bailey's surgery, we received a check within six days. If I have a question, even on a weekend, I get a reply which is so helpful. Bailey and Buttercup are remembered on their birthdays, etc. I recommended this company to a friend, and she, too, has been happy with the service. We are so grateful that we were introduced to Healthy Paws.

Our Terrier Mix, Kelley Anne, was diagnosed with Menangiosarcoma and given a short time to live. They recommended a splenectomy to add another 6 months to her life. She came through the operation by VCA, Norwalk, CT, very well and is now enjoying a good lifestyle. We know that this will not be a permanent fix but at least we still have our wonderful pet with us. I have had 2 dogs covered with ASPCA and I am glad I did.Without going into a lot of detail, I have received more than I have paid in. I hope they can afford to keep their prices affordable.

I have never run into a situation where they did not cover a large portion of my expenses. They have always been very timely in addressing the claims and I have and will continue to recommend Trupanion to any new dog owner.

it turned out my Boomer had a herniated disk which was causing unbearable pain when moving. his vet tried to find out what the issue was and could not, for obvious reasons. he suggested a neurologist (Southeast Vet. Neurology, in Miami, FL) and that was a God sent. after an MRI, the issue was found, the same day he was operated on, and after 2 weeks at the clinic, he has been fine again. still has to recover another month, but he is fine. ASPCA insurance reviewed the expenses and reimbursed me real fast, no issues, no problems. I highly recommend having insurance, especially ASPCA.thank you for your help and support.
