I first decided to get pet insurance when I got my two Shih Tzu ,Ms. Lady and Ziggy we had moved to the country and our blessing soon became a nightmare ,not knowing large trucks passed right in front of our house.Before we knew it Ziggy was hit by a car I tell you as soon as I called my ASPCA Ins. a load was lifted off my heart in know time they took care of everything what would of cost me thousands of dollars didn't cost hardly nothing at all soon after that my little Lady got very sick we didn't know what was wrong with her all we know was that she was dying and needed medical attn. asap again my pet insurance was a God send with no questions only nothing but love and compassion they helped me once again they said not to worry and they would take care of everything I would not been able to afford all the medical costs if it wasn't for my ASPCA Pet Ins. there remarkable when settling your claims they know time is of the essence and times are hard they don't waste anytime thank you so much for all your help and support.

After lots of research, I purchased embrace pet insurance when Baxter was just a puppy. Hes a basset hound and I was worried about future breed related health issues ( which hasn't been a problem). He is three now and I have filed a few claims this year with no issues at all. Responses have been polite and timely. This insurance makes the decision process easier for seeking treatment and allows me to focus on my pet rather than the bill. Like all insurance, you must read the coverage and limitations.

There are many details I could give you about the specific illnesses my puppies have had and how much fear comes over you when they are sick you just don't know what's wrong. But the bottom line is, that because I have Healthy Paws, I don't need to worry that I can't afford treatment. I would do anything for my dogs but one of the best things I have done for them is get them covered so that I make the right medical decisions for them when they are sick instead of a financial ones. Healthy paws is easy to use, and has approved my claims within hours of me submitting the paperwork. They have paid according to my plan and they even followed up to see how my dog was feeling after he was admitted to the hospital for a few days. I wish my medical insurance was as responsive as they are. I am one happy customer and because of Healthy Paws, I feel that my puppies are safer.

I have been very pleased with Embrace service. Their customer support has been exceptional, the coverage is exactly as described and claims have been hassle free. My SO had VPI and changed as soon as he saw how much easier Embrace was, how much faster and easier claims were. My last claim was processed and i received my reimbursement in under 7 days. Amazing. A+.
