I was extremely stressed when Bailey became ill and needed major surgery. Trupanion was awesome, they emailed me within a couple of hours of submitting the estimate from the Hospital and called me personally to see how Bailey was and to offer support. Very pleasant people to deal with and re-assured me that everything would be processed as soon as possible.

I have experienced a couple other insurances for our family dog and there was too much fine print that excluded just about everything, making the monthly payment worthless. We purchased Embrace for our 2 Irish Wolfhounds, and immediately had our yearly Wellness done. Embrace covered everything they said they would, kept me updated on the status of the claim and I already have the reimbursement check!

Thankfully I have not had to file a claim on many emergency issues, but I have used the Wellness plan now for 2 years on all 4 of my dogs and find it very fast in payment. We use up every penny of it each year on vaccinations, heart worm meds, and on routine blood work. The reimbursement is very fast, and with no issues.
