I love my Trupanion Policy
So far, Trupanion has done exactly what they said, to the penny, quickly and without fuss. This is so unlike my prior pet insurance experience that I am ecstatic. No messing around with primary diagnosis versus secondary versus limits per condition - just paid what they said they would. Refreshing!

Our Journey
The team was extremely sensitive to our situation and handled it with care. The claims process was hassle-free that further dampened the effects of dealing with issues with filing our claims, of thousands of dollars. Having pet insurance at hand, even though we didn't anticipate any issues with our four-legged family member this early in his life cycle, was one of the most sensible things that we could have done. Customer service is friendly and easy to access.
Customer service is friendly and easy to access. The insurance is affordable and gives me peace of mind. I like that customer service can identify me with the number I’m calling from, so I don’t have to dig for my policy number.
