This was amazing! My dog was attacked, and we had to make an emergency trip to the vet. My vet submitted the claim on my behalf and trupanion was right back to me on their review, the detail and my payment. The check was sent to me very quickly.

Fantastic coverage at a very trying time
Our little girl was diagnosed with lymphoma in May. Trupanions service is spectacular. I send an invoice in and it's typically paid within 10 business days or less. While we cannot cure her we can give her the best days possible.

If Trupanion have a problem with a claim they don’t contact the individual who submitted the claim for further information which results in funds being withheld in error.
If Trupanion have a problem with a claim, they don’t contact the individual who submitted the claim for further information which results in funds being withheld in error. I’m addition, it seems more claims you submit the more deductions they seem to withhold.

Terrible service
After over a year being insured with PetsBest, and a few trips to the vet for minor problems, I received very few reimbursements for my puppy’s health care and I feel like I’m throwing money out the window. Customer service is useless when reachable. Processing time is over a month to be told that everything that is happening to my dog is prior to signing the insurance policy. I took the insurance she wasn’t even a year old so I don’t see what can be prior existing conditions in my case. She is healthy just need vaccines, tick disease test and sometimes she hurts herself while playing. She is small and has a lot of energy so to me this is very normal.
I’m not satisfied at all and after filing this last claim today, if service does not get better I’ll be looking for another insurance policy.

Has been wonderful in caring for all of my dogs over the last 10 years
We've had Embrace for over 10 years for all of our dogs - as soon as we could. They have been instrumental in allowing us to cover some really expensive procedures that each of the dogs needed to return to health. I advised my daughter to get Embrace when she adopted her puppy - and shortly after her coverage began, her puppy swallowed a sock and needed emergency surgery - Embrace was a life-saver for her as well as for us over the years.
