The Ultimate Pet Insurance

I wish medical insurance was this easy
The claims process was easy and simple. I was so pleased with the turn around time for processing and the actual claim payout. This made my pets unexpected injury which was so stressful that much easier to deal with since I didn’t know how I would afford the cost.

Excellent and courteous customer service.
I have found each customer rep with whom I speak being very courteous and patient. With our recent loss of Chester's brother, JD, here, too, we found the customer rep to have been very sensitive and cognizant of the very sad circumstances in which we lost JD.

Nationwide has always gone above and beyond to support our dogs. We appreciate all they do. However our lab is currently going through Heartworm treatment which is not covered because he was positive before the plan started. The email I received today stated, "glad we could help with covering the cost of the most recent visit. " Nationwide didn't cover the cost of this visit!

Very Happy I Have Nationwide Pet Insurance
The plan I have w/ Nationwide is a bit pricey, but I am happy I have it. It is the only plan I found that includes wellness care. I have the Vitus Vet app on my phone & I can submit claims right through that- very easy! A day or 2 later I receive an e-mail from Nationwide, indicating that they received the claim. So I am always informed & can check the status on line. My dog is turning 5 soon, so who knows what care he will need down the road.
