I have never had pet insurance before and I really don't know why. I've been very fortunate with my pets through the years and have never had a seriously expensive surgery or accident. I am a former Vet Tech, so getting a little break from my employer was very helpful. But, I am retired from that field now and the cost of veterinary care has gone up so I took the chance with Embrace. I am very pleased with their quick responses and explanations and I believe they are a company that can be trusted. I'm very glad I got the wellness plan along with the accident plan and was able to get my pet's teeth cleaned. I have recommended them to my family and friends.

awesome.....quick turnaround on payment......delivered as promised! 3 year old Golden Retriever...Tucker, ate about 25% of a bath towel. We had rolled up a towel to keep the draft from the front door and unbeknownst to us he chewed it causing severe vomiting and resulting in abdominal surgery! 2300.00 bill and our policy covered 80% and paid us in two weeks! We have been so thankful to have insurance for our Maltese puppy. We needed it almost from beginning as Gracie has seizures. Embrace helped us with everything. We got a Yorkie about one year ago. This is our first dog. Although he has been a great pet, we have definitely had some challenges. He has had trips to ER, a sensitive stomach, and had 12 baby teeth extracted. Needless to say, we have gotten to know the vet very well. Luckily, we purchased insurance through Embrace. They have been the best in covering his many illness and wellness treatments. Just recently he was diagnosed with a luxating patella which required surgery. The doctor that did the surgery did not believe that this illness would be covered under the insurance. However, Embrace did it again ... the surgery is to be covered (pre-certification). Embrace has been wonderful and responsive ... thank you.

Like all dogs, my Yorkie has had a few unhappy visits to the vet, and I never worry or wonder whether my insurance is sufficient. Healthy Paws is amazing to work with. When I submit a claim it is typically processed in a day or two, and the coverage is phenomenal (I have 90%-worth it). They also email me to ask how my dog is doing, and I love that personal touch!I did my research before signing up with Healthy Paws, and their coverage is by far the best. I recommend Healthy Paws to all of my friends and family. Worth EVERY Penny!!
