Customer Service
We researched several different pet insurances and are so glad that we selected Healthy Paws. We have only had our little Percy with us for less then 6 months and at age 11mths he stopped walking on a back paw with no warning or injury. We had to rush him into the Vet and then to a specialist - learning that he had avascular necrosis and would need immediate surgery. Healthy Paws worked with us every step of the way to ensure all the claims we processed were completed quickly. They even checked in to see how he was doing!

My 1st born deserves the VERY best!
When you have an easy going dog who gives as much love as she gets, and something goes wrong, you want to know that you're giving her the best care. Then when the crisis subsides, knowing your insurance is there to help you through is priceless. Having online submission & direct deposit takes the stress out of the "business" of our dog's healthcare.

Excellent service
I have just had my golden retriever puppy neutered, and I was "saving" my wellness dollars to use toward this claim. i submitted the claim, by fax, and in less than one week, heard back from customer service that my claim was covered for my annual dollar amount. My pup also got an infection, post op, unfortunately, and I was able to submit the medications under the wellness portion of the policy. I am very, very impressed with the customer service received by Embrace. They are always super courteous, answer my questions, and respond very promptly. I have already recommended them to several of my friends. In the past years, I have had other insurance, but did not receive the same efficient service as I am receiving with Embrace. Thank you!

Claims and courtesy
I have been an Embrace customer for a few years and thankfully have not had any real medical events to deal with but all my claims have been processed with courtesy and in a timely fashion. We feel part of the Embrace family and the communications with the plan feel personal and exhibit interest in my dogs well being , which I consider a plus.I particularly love the wellness benefits- getting paid to keep your pet healthy,now that is a novelty!

So Grateful for ASPCA Insurance
My dog, Bodhi, is almost three years old. for the first time, I decided to get Pet Health Insurance. I reviewed several, and ASPCA was the best fit for me. I have been so pleased with the response I have received. Customer service has always been helpful, patient, and friendly. I did have a large bill for knee surgery and my insurance plan paid a large portion of the bill. On smaller claims, I always get a fair reimbursement in a timely manner. I expect that I will always have ASPCA insurance for any pets I may have.

Healthy paws really seems to care about my dog
I was reluctant to purchase pet insurance for my dog, but after my recent experience, I'm happy that I went with healthy paws. My goldendoodle had ingested something toxic and had to stay overnight in a pet hospital. Healthy paws reimbursed me within 10 days of the claim. They also emailed me (a personal email) to see how he was doing afterwards. That added personal attention made me feel like they really cared about my dog. I strongly suggest Healthy Paws.

Covered 1,000's of $$ in my claims, so happy
I wasn't sure about pet insurance for a long time. Then my first dog, Plano, swallowed a bunch of socks and racked up a $2,500 bill. I decided pet insurance was for me after paying out of pocket for that and got it for both Plano and Plinko. Not only did they cover the second time Plano swallowed a sock (accidents aren't pre-existing as long as the first has totally cleared up), but they covered Plinko's torn ACL. Both in the multiple of thousands of dollars. And how quickly they pay claims is just unbelievable. THE BEST!
