Quick, stress-free service

We were very pleased with how quick our claim was processed and our check was recieved. The communication from the time the claim was placed to the time we recieved the check in the mail was wonderful.

I know this might seem a bit onerous BUT

I have never used a pet insurance. My Vet recommended Embrace and another insurance company. I decided on Embrace and I am very disappointed in my claim results. My cat had an accident that caused the following Diagnosis: Fractured left rostral mandible, Luxated tooth, Complicated crown-root fractures on four teeth. Wire splint, surgical extraction of tooth on the four teeth, Gracie had a broken lower left jaw and four broken teeth. I submitted my claim to Embrace. My claim was for $2,430.96 and they only will reimburse me $1934.37. The reason that people get insurance is to help with the cost of vet bills in an emergency. I felt that my total bill should have been covered signed up for Embrace a few months ago. I know being in the insurance business or claims is not an easy job to do especially when you are not give all the information to process when requested. However I just some friendly input, sometimes everyone should check with others to make sure that no one else has been working with the insured already. Since getting the insurance with Embrace I have received 22 emails to date and counting. The last thing someone needs is to be reminded every couple of days that information is needed to process the claims. I was and still am and will always be worried about my little girl Gracie. I had not slept in over 48 hours since she got hurt real bad I did not want anything to happen to her I MISSED WORK UNPAID SINCE MONDAY from her getting hurt.

Excellent insurance from Healthy Paws

My deaf boxer Lilly chewed and swallowed pieces of a blanket. She died on the table the vet brought her back and she utimately had two surgeries and received plasma a couple of times. My vet bill was just over 4000.00. I could have never done this without Healthy Paws. They paid me within 10 days and never questioned the care or bill, infact they contacted me to check on Lilly's recovery. I am glad that my research into pet insurance led my decision to get Healthy Paws

Bodie on the mend Thanks to Healthy Paws

Bodie ate a very toxic pill and had to be hospitalized for 2 days. He had to have blood tests, IV fluids and other medications. If we had not had Healthy Paws Insurance we could not have given Bodie all this great care. Healthy Paws claims processing was fast and accurate. The staff at Healthy Paws are great!

The BEST pet insurance: Healthy Paws

We are extremely pleased with Haelthy Paws pet insurance. The coverage is excellent covers many things our previous company did not. Very fast payment of claims. Our dog just had surgery and not only was almost everything covered, but an agent actually contacted us to say he was sorry that Our dog needed surgery and to ask how she is doing!

Glad I Found This Company

My experience with a previous pet insurance company found that no matter what the claim, they always managed to deduct enough things to pay off only about 50 percent of the claim. When Healthy Paws says they will pay 90 percent of a claim, that is what they pay. No gimmicks. No excuses found to lower the claim amount. My lab Montana has had two major surgeries in his young life, each costing nearly $4000. Healthy Paws came through when I needed them and saved me tons of money. I know I can count on Healthy Paws if he or my other pets run up expensive medical bills in the future. The people at Healthy Paws are very personable and actually send follow up emails to see how your sick pet is doing. A nice personal touch not usually seen or expected of insurance companies

Excellent & Caring Service

Coppola is definitely on the road to recovery after his hernia surgery 3 weeks ago. He is walking on his own and his Dr. expects a full recovery. Sincerest thanks to Healthy Paws for their wonderful support during this rough, or should I say "ruff", time. :)

PEACE OF MIND

Though I've only filed a couple of very small claims for my Lab, Gucci, they have all been paid. I was very surprised on how quickly the last claim was processed - 7 days. Keep up the good work Embrace and you'll be given a 10.

There when we needed them

One day our 5 year old male boxer had to be rushed to the hospital due too his non-responsiveness. He was diagnosed with a ruptured spleen caused by a large tumor growing on it and was very close to death. That's when he was diagnosed lymphoma and needed chemotherapy. This was an emotionally difficult time for us as it came on suddenly without warning. When we contacted Embrace there was no haggling, just sympathy and relief that everything was covered (minus co-pay) under his plan, even his treatments every week. Now, I can never put a dollar amount on my dogs so whatever we have to do we do, but the cost of his surgery and subsequent treatments was in the thousands and if it was not for Embrace it would of been a terrible hardship. Their courteous and caring staff has made this experience better than I expected. We just have the hospital fill out the claims and fax them over to Embrace and within a week it's in the bank.

Thank God we have this insurance

Our bichon Snowball was diagnosed with a fibrosarcoma on his knee at a young age and had to have surgery. Because of his history, he has to have surgery every time he grows a lump. So far he's had several, one of which was another fibrosarcoma. These have been low grade and the vet doesn't know why he keeps growing them - he had to have ultrasounds and CT to make sure no internal tumors but all is good. Neeless to say this has cost a small fortune and I can't thank my sister enough for recommending we get this insurance back when we first became "dog parents". We have 3 dogs and have needed to use it for at least one of my other dogs as well.
