Buddy is an active 12 year old Lab. We've had ASPCA Insurance for several years for him and glad that we invested in the insurance. The latest debacle that ASPCA helped out on was a javelina attack while we were in AZ. Buddy escaped from our grasp to catch up with a large javelina, which gored him badly. Not only was it terrifying that we might have lost our family member, but the costs for his surgery could have been astroniomical without the coverage. The insurance helped us a lot. And it is really a piece of mind to know that if something like this happens or if Buddy is very ill, we have ASPCA on our side. The investment is well worth it for us.

I submitted a claim through my Wellness Rewards account via fax, the day that I received the charges. Within 24-hours, my claim had been reviewed, and I was issued, as promised, a full refund as per my Wellness Rewards contract. Now THAT is delivering on a promise. Very impressed!

I cannot imagine ever having to compare pet insurance policies again. I couldn't be happier with my choice of Embrace when our Cav King Chas Spaniel, Chloe, was just a puppy. Upon adopting a rescue dog I decided to shop for insurance. After some googling and reading reviews on several Insurance companies, I settled on Healthy Paws. Very glad I did!!I have both my dog and cat insured. I have turned in several claims on my dog and 1 on my cat so far. In every instance I received notice via email as soon as HP received the fax from the vet or myself depending on circumstance. Usually the same day I was informed via email that the claim was processed and I was provided with a PDF file to look at online or print out showing what was covered and what was not covered.. usually just the exam fee was not covered which is standard.. and best of all my 90% refund check arrived within 1 week. doesn't get any better than that!!

I have never had Ins. but on Boxer Puppy decided to try ...My vet recommended and submits claims for me and I receive reimbursement checks ASAP.I use the no deductible version and it has paid off..I love it and feel secure knowing my baby is covered for lifes little or big accidents..

They have a very quick turn around time and provide great detail about claim paymentAlthough I would recommend to get all your receipts and filled out claim forms before you leave the vet office or you may be waiting awhile

My 2 year old mastiff X german shepherd split his toenail all the way up into his paw. Mugsey needed emergency surgery and follow up.The vet bill was over $500-- of which the insurance paid about 50% (do to the deductible and the fact that my vet is a bit more expensive than most and the insurance reimbursement is based on normal charges for services rendered)Petshealth Care was very helpful and processed my claim and mailed my reimbursement check quickly. I highly recommend Pets health Care

I am very impressed with Healthy Paws. I was skeptical when I decided to get pet insurance for my little rescue dog. She is 8 lbs as an adult and a mix, so decided to give it a try. Now 18 mo later she had to have an emergency stomach surgery due to blockage and the bill was $1800. So I sent it off to Healthy Paws. Their claims process was so simple and efficient and I received my reimbursement within 30 days. I believe Healthy Paws is honestly better than my personal medical insurance and am going to add a pet to the policy.
