I wish all insurance companies were this good and this fast!

Our little dog has, over his lifetime, had numerous medical emergencies, including ingesting rocks, that have required fairly expensive veterinarian services. Currently he has to have two insulin shots per day, and that is anticipated to continue for the rest of his life (he's 12). Without the ASPCA insurance, it would be difficult to provide him with the level of care we can now afford.

This insurance company has been great. After the initial paperwork, submitting claims is a breeze. They are speedy and keep me completely in the loop. I also love that the deductible is $500 a year not an accident.

My 2 1/2 year old Sheltie puppy has had two major surgeries. The process of submitting a claim is very easy and fast. It is also convenient to have a choice in how to submit an invoice (I find it quickest to submit via email). I also like how I can log into my account to print out a customized claim form. Healthy Paws re-reimbursement process is FAST!!!! I always receive a "claim processed" email within a few hours (sometimes as quick as 1 hour) after the time I send the claim via email. And the reimbursement check always arrives within just a few days. Healthy Paws is also a company that seems to really care about my pet as they always follow up with an email to inquire as to how my pet is doing after his surgeries. I did a lot of research before choosing a pet insurance company and I definitely chose the Best One! I highly recommend Health Paws to anyone looking to purchase Pet Insurance.

My cat Bliss had an eye problem and a bump on lip, she needed a biopsy and eye swab and antibiotics, everything was submitted and taken care of within a week, the invoice was very informational and understanding, and received my cheque within a week. I purchased Healthy Paws insurance immediately after getting my puppy, Madison. I was unsure if the expense of pet insurance would be worth it (i.e., I figured Madison would never need services that would justify the expense of the insurance premiums), but I felt it was better to be safe than sorry. Unfortunately, when Madison was 6 mos old, she had to have emergency surgery. Thankfully I had Healthy Paws and the decision to move forward and pay for the expensive surgery and hospital stay was an easy one. Shortly after Madison's surgery, I was reimbursed for her medical bills under the terms of Madison's coverage. Additionally, it should be noted that, on top of the coverage that was promised, the Team at Healthy Paws was compassionate and caring (i.e., wanted to know how Madison was doing) throughout the entire process. Getting pet insurance through Healthy Paws is my best pet decision to date. Madison is on her path to recovery and doing great, and she will continue to be insured by Healthy Paws.

Trupanion staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I had no problems getting pre-approval for Tara's surgery and reimbursement for other costs was very quick.
