When our 6 month old puppy showed signs of a liver disease during a routine blood test and needed a biopsy, Trupanion was quick to answer our questions and process our claim. My Frenchie was distressed, panting, up and down all night long. I couldn't figure out why, then I realized that he was licking a piece of dental floss that night and what else did he get into? Oh no, without hesitation I rushed him to the vet ER and they suggested tests to see what went wrong. Well, needless to say he is fine now and I am so glad that I did not have to hesitate to get my best friend to the ER since I know that Pets Best is there to help us. The claim was processed quickly and the staff was amazing. Thanks Again!!

Moxie had complications from a routine procedure that required additional emergency surgery as well as blood transfusions. Throughout the entire process Healthy Paws has been amazing! Both with phone and email communication. I have found them to be an extremely caring and professional company to deal with! I also ran into an unexpected issue after my claims check was issued and they were more than happy to help straighten things out. I have no doubt that they care about my pets as well as me as a valued client. I even received follow up emails to check in on Moxie and see how she was feeling. It is so nice to not have to worry about the cost or your insurance coverage when all you need to be worrying about is your furry family member!

Simple process; I simply fax a short form to my vet and they in turn fax needed info onto insurer. I received updates along the way to let me know where they were in the review process. Check came shortly after; no surprises. Everything as expected.
