We've had Embrace for about a year now and I am still extremely happy with our choice in pet insurance. We recently submitted a claim and they processed everything (including getting a reimbursement check in the mail) in no time at all. I highly recommend Embrace if you are looking for insurance for your pet.

My work started offering pet Insurance with another company, but I did my homework to see who provided the best coverage and options. After dealing with a dog who had to have a number of expensive surgeries, we knew we'd never have an un-insured pet again. Healthy paws has been wonderful to work with, and has helped me take care of my babies in all of their needs. My Labrador puppy had to have shoulder surgery last week, and there were no problems with the claim or of any of the claims that came before to figure out what the problem was. These guys really care. The frosting on the cake was when they emailed me to see how she was doing after surgery. When did your insurance company ever do that! I recommend Healthy Paws to everyone.

Every time I have called, I have receive EXCELLENT customer service! They are always friendly, helpful and take the time to answer all of my questions. The claims are handled extremely fast! We unfortunately had to return our adopted dog due to aggression towards our youngest , but we WILL be returning once we adopt our next animal. LOVE embrace and will tell all our animal loving friends to sign up too!

This company has amazed me at how helpful & polite everyone has been.  Their customer service is beyond exceptional and the claims processing turn around time is above expectation. They even contact you to check and see how your pet is recovering.

We haven't had any *major* claims yet (thank goodness) but for the ones we've had, we've received reimbursement very quickly. Customer service is really great. Both of my dogs (A semi-retired Service Dog and a Service Dog In Training) have Embrace insurance. It is so nice to know that Embrace has my back. When my Service Dog started showing signs of having vision issues it was nice to know that he could see his vet and see a dog Ophthalmologist without breaking the bank. Turns out my now semi-retired SD had high eye pressure and three very small cataracts (all in the same eye). With purchasing my new puppy to start training the first thing I did was to purchase insurance for the puppy. With the wellness program I know that my puppy will receive all of her shots, be spayed when it is time and have regular checkups, plus much more. I love it.

Mailed my first claim to Pets Best on a Saturday and had a direct deposit reimbursement the following Thursday. The turnaround time is so quick and the claim form is easy to fill out. Just follow the instructions on the claim form when you file your claim and they quickly take care of the rest. Thank you for your prompt response!

Embrace is terrific. We had our first major claim and they handled it professionally and expeditiously. They kept us informed every step of the way, and was our intermediary whenever necessary. It was a painless process!
