My dog developed a bladder problem that required a lot of expensive testing and medications. Within 2 weeks of submitting the claim, Trupanion accepted it without issues. The claims rep was professional and kind and I received the reimbursement checks quickly.

My high energy 4 year old dog tore the ACL in her knee and needed major surgery that cost $3400. I sent the claim in to Healthy Paws and they got back to me within 24 hrs. Not only about the claim but to see how she was doing before, during and after the surgery. I received a reimbursement check within a week. I would like to say thanks so much for all the compassion everyone at Healthy Paws has shown and for excellent customer service!! I would highly recommend Healthy Paws to all pet owners : )

I haven't yet received my insurance check. I am sure it is on it's way. I have to say with all the anguish and stress of dealing with Ambers illness, with the testing and different diagnosis until we can get it right, it is so very draining, but it is also so comforting to know that the trupanion insurance is there working for me. This has been the easiest part of Ambers illness, it is so easy to complete and send the claim form. Then I just sit back and wait for the check. I wish my own medical insurance was so easy. And the only reason the claim took 3+ weeks is that she has now been sick on and off for 3 months not that trupanion is taking a long time with the claim

I had insurance with other providers for my previous pet. My experience with Embrace has been very good and their service is phenomenal. The claim was settled with in a week. Some one from Embrace followed up to make sure that I received the claim and made sure that everything is OK. I have recommended Embrace to all my friends and I am happy that I signed up with Embrace.

My furbaby started losing weight, and a physical exam wasn't able to tell us why. My vet suggested running a complete set of labs to get a picture of what was happening. I immediately agreed, and I was thankful I could put my focus on my baby's health and not the bills.My vet completed the claim forms, and I emailed them into Embrace. Trupanion has not only paid 90% of her eligible costs, which are considerable, but also reversed their decision not to pay the bill including the arthritis diagnosis, since it was incorrect. My other hound is also covered by Trupanion, and although thankfully his claims have been for less serious conditions, we received the same level of caring service. I cannot say enough good about them, nor can I thank them enough.
