All staff was prompt in responding to my concerns during the process, and made every effort to facilitate my filing, especially when I reported issues. Compensation/reimbursement criteria were made clear, and an easy to understand itemizing of expenses not covered under insurance, and those expenses used towards deductible, was provided. Also, using direct deposit, reimbursement funds were available in the bank within timely, once my claim revision was complete. All along the process, updates were provided, and staff was friendly and caring. Great experience overall, with least amount of stress....

We have had to file five claims in four months for our German Shepard girl. They have been for both accidents and illnesses. Filing is super easy. Just take a picture of the vet bill and write a few sentences about the claim. Reimbursement is deposited into my account within two to three weeks. Couldn’t be happier!
