My dog, Chip, had to spend two nights in emergency care with severe stomach issues and dehydration from undetermined cause. Healthy Paws walked me through what would be covered -- pretty much everything other than the exam and deductible, including ultrasound diagnostic testing! And, all I had to do was snap a photo of my invoice to file my claim electronically. My reimbursement check was processed before Chip finished her anti-biotics! The representatives I spoke with and who sent the claim payment information all asked about Chip and how she was doing in every conversation. It was a very supportive experience all around.

My pet has been insured through Pets best for several years now. Thankfully, I purchased the insurance several years ago, and several months later, my pet lost his sight due to Cataract/Glaucoma. I take him to his eye specialist several times a year and am prescribed prescriptions and have never had any issues with claims. The claims are processed within days. They are excellent.

I switched to Trupanion about a year before this poor pup's luck turned for the worse and I am so glad that I did. I suggest everyone consider Trupanion for their cherished pets. Hard to beat their service or claim coverage.
