Pets Best not only covered our recent claim, but paid above and beyond what we expected. Our little dog had to be put to sleep and I just dreaded having to make the call to cancel our insurance on him. But I didn't have to. Based on our claim, Pets Best knew that we had lost him and sent a lovely note, via email, expressing condolences on our loss and letting us know that they had canceled the policy and were issuing us a refund. Not having to make that call, as well as the reimbursement of the vet bills, really relieved some of our burden at a very difficult time. Thank you, Pets Best!

Excellent care & service
We've been a customer since 2007. We've always had quick turnarounds with our claims. The reimbursement amount is more than fair! ASPCA plans have excellent coverage for our 3 feline family. Their customer service reps are very polite. I recommend ASPCA to all our pet friends. In my opinion, there is no better insurance to have than ASPCA!

I LOVE HEALTHY PAWS!!!!
I signed up for pet insurance with Healthy Paws a couple of years ago, after hearing horrible stories about other people's insurance. So many people talked about never getting reimbursed for their bills, too many exclusions, etc. So I did my research & tried to pick a company that didn't have so many issues. I have been extremely happy with Healthy Paws since day one. They have paid every single claim in a timely fashion & some of my claims have been very large. One of my dog's got bone cancer & had to have a limb amputated. The surgery cost about $3000 & they reimbursed me 90% within less than 2 weeks. They have also paid for all the follow up care & my dog is still alive over a year later. My other dog recently was diagnosed with IBD & I spent over $2000 in a matter of weeks to get his digestive issues under control. Again, 90% reimbursement in a very short time period. These are just two examples of major issues. I could list lots of other less expensive health issues (i.e. allergies, upset tummy, removal of small skin growths, etc) that they have also reimbursed me for. I have 3 dogs so I'm at the vet quite often & I never have an issue with Healthy Paws. Their claims process is super easy, you can literally submit a scanned receipt online & you get a confirmation email that same day. I literally have zero complaints about my pet insurance & I can only say good things. I highly recommend them! They have an annual deductible, which is great. A lot of plans have a per-incid

Service is great. timely and sensitivity
Our puppy has had a series of seizures and has had to be treated by a neurologist. Trupanion has been an excellent service provider. Peanut seems to be on the mend with medication. Service from Trupanion has always been timely. A real person is there to answer my questions.

Excellent service
The only reason the claim took more than 3 weeks was because the vet did not give me my dog's complete medical record to send with the claim. This was his first claim since he was put on the insurance.
Otherwise, the claims I have submitted have been done in a timely manner (I have another dog that has allergies).

Awesome Customer Service
The Healthy Paws staff is amazing! They checked in by e-mail on how Jack was feeling. They processed my claim in 30 minutes after I sent them all the paperwork in pdf format by e-mail! I’m was blown away. And the check came in less than a week. It really is wonderful to have this kind of support, especially during a time when you’re worrying about your beloved furry friend.

Caring, swift and accurate!
Healthy Paws claim service (I used online) is very simple and easy to use, requiring minimal effort and time to submit the claim form. Their response to my claim was almost immediate, assuring me my claim was received and accepted, and they continued to keep me informed until they had settled the claim. I don't know what else I could or should expect from an insurance company. And then, they sent me a personal note wanting to know how my pet was recovering from the ordeal -- good folks, someone's paying attention.

Best ever customer service
We have had several expensive vet visits for our 11 year old marmalade and white cat Andy over the last few months. Embrace has provided reimbursement checks for approximately 5 or 6 different claims in less than 2 weeks. I wish I could find a human health insurance company with the customer service of Embrace.
