Amazing in every way
Healthy Paws was kind, even when I called, and very very quick. They covered everything and even more than I expected and I can not express how happy I am we have insured our two puppies with themI highly recommend them to anyone, we did the $100 deductible and 90% reimbursement.
The check came within a week of closing the claim, and the claim was closed within a couple of days of sending all info in!!!

we love petsbest
my little girl (gretchen aka beak)had accute kidney failure,heart mumur,high blood press.,urinary tract inf. and disk disease whitch a back op. was done all within 2 weeks.the bills piled up to over 7000.,petsbest pd.80% of all.if not for petsbest i could not have afforded it,we love petsbest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful!
I've had Embrace insurance for less than a year for my 2 kitties. I especially like the Wellness coverage since my furbabies get annual check-ups which have become costly since they include teeth cleaning.Each kitty had a check-up this year. Emails informed me my mailed claims had been received and when the payments were sent. Both times I received my payments within 7 days.
I could not be happier with Embrace. Preventive care should be covered just as it is (finally!) with humans.

Completely Satisfied
Our dog went through surgery to correct an abnormal growth in one of his legs. Healthy Paws sent us reminders (our vet never faxed the medical records so we did it ourselves) and the claim processing (several of them) was impressive, mainly because they were so fast. I had seen reviews for Healthy Paws and that was the main reason why I enrolled my pet with them. I am a very satisfied customer and choose to close the loop by writing a review about my own experience. Thank you! for making the experience much less stressful.

payment reimbursement much faster now
Hi I wrote a favorable review about a year ago or so but since then I was a bit put off by the slow reimbursement. But the last three claims have been dealt with very quickly and promptly (replied to my claim and reimbursed within 3 business days) so I wanted to thank Embrace for really making an effort to improve upon that. Kudos to your growth and customer service.

They'll insure my senior dog
Pets Best insures my senior dog, which is very important to me. They are easy to contact with questions, friendly and very helpful and willing to answer any questions or concerns. Claims are very easy to file online. In all, Pets best has proven to be a pleasant experience.

WOW! The Best!
We just found out our puppy may have a problem with her liver. She is only 5 months old.
I was having a problem getting all Roxy's medical records from the Vet, but Healthy Paws stepped in and got them immediately. Additionally, they processed our claim with record speed!
This is my first experience with pet insurance and I am very happy I chose Healthy Paws!
