I have been with Pets Best Insurance for a number of years, and I have experienced excellent customer service, and satisfaction for my pet's insurance needs. I highly recommend Pets Best Insurance to all my friends for the wonderful service they provide for my pup. I can't say thanks enough.

I had almost forgotten about my insurance until my dog had a series of health problems arise. I had no idea until this past month whether Healthy Paws would live up to their reputation but after submitting 4 vet bills and getting a speedy reimbursement (once past the deductible) I can say that this is a premium insurance company. Before sending in my first bill, I called with a couple of questions. The woman I spoke to was warm and friendly, possibly moreso than any customer service I've experienced. The only thing missing is their iphone app which will make it even easier to submit vet bills online (but it's already very easy).

On the second day that our dog refused to eat, I took her to the vet. (I feared the worst, as this was the first sign of kidney failure in our previous dog.) Thankfully, after x-rays and blood tests, the vet administered injections and prescribed medication. She is fine now! Embrace was unbelievably quick in reviewing the claim and issuing a reimbursement check. Thank you, Embrace!

I have had my dog Moo covered by Healthy Paws Insurance since she was adopted in 2011. Last year she was hospitalized with a severe gastric issue and again 2 weeks ago. Each time the claims were processed extremely fast and I was reimbursed for all covered expenses. The last claim was processed in less than 1 hour from submission! Wow, now that is excellent customer service! I would recommend Healthy Paws Insurance to anyone who has pets for the peace of mind they bring!

Pets Best associates did well in not only explaining my new policy, but also in advising for and against policy changes for two cats, offering help in thinking through how to approach our geriatric cat's likelihood of health care needs and what, exactly, counts as a "pre-existing illness."

We adopted a 14 month old German Shepard 2 years ago. Our trainer recommended Trupanion insurance because she has three dogs and said it was the best by far that she had found. I took him to our vet for a complete health checkup and he was given clean bill of health. I signed him up with Trupanion and did not think too much about it. Six months ago he was diagnosed with severe hip displaysia and the vet recommended total hip replacement surgery on both hips. I submitted a claim to Trupanion for everything, xrays, meds etc., along with a pre-authorization request for the surgery. Trupanion approved the surgery, and per our policy the only thing they did not cover at that point was the office checkup. The surgeon wanted to wait and see how long we could manage the problem with diet, meds and supplements before he had to have surgery. Since surgery authorizations are for 90 days, I contacted Trupanion and they assured me that Titan would be covered whenever the vet determined necessary. I would recommend this pet insurance to anyone who loves their pet. Under the terms laid out in the level of insurance I have purchased, the Trupanion staff have been great to work with and have always held true to the promises made. I purchase this insurance mainly as a safeguard against a devastating illness or accident and my experience with this company has been that it's well worth the cost of the premiums for the peace of mind those premiums provide.
