Great Insurance!!! $$$ well spent

I have an English Bulldog and it was suggested I get insurance because of the breed. Sure glad I did!! He's had several issues over the last year and they've paid every time, no questions. The wellness plan pays for itself. Easy to fill out forms, super quick acknowledgement of claim and quick pay (around a week) via direct deposit. I wish my human health insurance was as good:) Thanks Embrace!!!!!

Satisfied Customer

I've had Pets Best insurance for years and they have always been courteous and friendly people. They would always take the time to explain things and even offered ways to save money. Up until lately when they were bought out, even their pricing was reasonable. With the new company I found the new rates very unreasonable, almost unaffordable, however, the people remain courteous and friendly, thank goodness. My claims were always processed in a timely manner with clear explanations. They are #1 for customer service, however, they rates are too high. They even sent me a card when my beloved Chico passed away.

Embrace is the best!

I've only had good experiences with Embrace Pet Insurance. Since opening an account about a year ago, I've filed several wellness and injury claims as well as pre certification for surgery, and have received refunds in a timely manner each time. The amount of the refunds has always been as expected and there have been no problems with receiving the appropriate amount each time. Customer service representatives are always cheerful and polite, and they also seem to really care about the well-being of my dog when I mention a medical issue. I only wish their website was a bit more user friendly when it comes to payment and my information. It would help if I could update information (i.e. payment information, etc) on the website rather than having to call during business hours, but that's a small detail. I think Embrace Pet Insurance is a no-brainer and I recommend it to my friends all the time!

Love the Wellness benefits!

So far I have only had Wellness claims, they have been handled promptly! I'm impressed so far with the service I have received! Direct deposit of claims has been very convenient! I have not had to call or check on my claims, they updated me frequently with the status of my claims. I have not had to use any of my Insurance benefits as of yet but the Wellness benefits have been wonderful!

Healthy Paws is the best pet insurance out there

Toby, my beloved 1 yr and 4 mo old chihuahua, ate something very bad. One morning he was straining terribly to go to the bathroom (with blood in his stool) and foaming and drooling at the mouth. I rushed him to the vet. The vet thought he may need emergency surgery, however, the ultrasound and X-rays did not show any major obstruction in his GI tract, so that was not necessary. But he was so sick he had to be hospitalized and on IV for two days. I was so nervous I would have done anything to get him better. It was never fully determined what he ate (a piece of a toy, something outside, etc.) to get him so ill. :( Less than a month after I got Toby Healthy Paws pet insurance, this happened. They were so helpful and caring in assisting me to process my first claim. Being my first claim and having to submit his entire health record, I was informed that it takes a longer for the first claim to process so I would be reimbursed within 7 to 10 days. They covered everything I was expecting to be covered and I did get reimbursed within that time frame. Healthy Paws saved me A LOT of money and was so supportive. They even contacted me to see how Toby was doing after I got reimbursed. I did my homework and by far this is the best pet insurance. You really have to read ALL the fine print when selecting a carrier. For instance, they cover tax (some others don't), and for a large bill that could be a big expense in itself. Beyond Amazing - We LOVE You!!

Our little (well, not so little) girl, Nala, took an accidental slip and fall on the floor while excitedly trying to greet my son as he was coming in the door. In true Saint Bernard fashion, nothing is done on a small scale and what I originally thought was a sprain, turned out to be a torn ACL. The history is that we enrolled Nala only four months ago with Trupanion (when we enrolled our other pup). I truly expected that we would be turned down on our pre-authorization for her $3500+ (so far) treatment of the ACL tear because we were so new to Trupanion. In all honesty, I fully expected that our family would front the total cost of the TPLO. I received a phone call (not email - Trupanion delivers PERSONALIZED service) from Emma who let me know that Trupanion would be happy to cover Nala's surgery (less the usual deductible, exam fee and 10% co-insurance) ... let me tell you, the tears of relief flowed. I couldn't believe it ... such an amazing company willing to honor everything they originally said when I enrolled her. As I'm typing this, Nala is four days post surgery and soundly snoring beside me. She is healing well. The other incredible thing about Trupanion is that I didn't have to wait weeks or months for reimbursement. Less than 24 hours after Nala's surgery, our vet clinic submitted the invoices to Trupanion. Less than 48 hours after her surgery, Trupanion sent an email letting us know that all was covered AND less than 72 hours, Trupanion let

Fast customer service

I haven't had my policy for very long, but so far so good! I received very quick responses to my inquiries and the process was explained at each step of my claim.

Reliable Insurance

good coverage /great customer service

I have the wellness as well as total coverage for sickness and accidents. I'm currently going through an illness with one of my babies and embrace has been excellent so far. im happy with my decision to change over to embrace.
