Happy pet lady
My claims are very easy to submit with my iPhone and TRUPANION’s response is quick in letting me know they received it. The process in getting the my return check is always fast. I recommend TRUPANION and give them five stars.

Yoo-hoo, where are you customer service?
One of my dogs recently had a severe ear infection so I took her to VEG (emergency) and my claim was denied. Why? We surpassed our $1000 deductible for her. Tried to get someone on the phone and was on hold for an hour, no one picked up. Same for the online chat. We also have 2 other pets on this insurance (had 4 but one of our dogs passed away last month) so we're paying a nice chunk of money each month. Our renewal is in September. Do better Pets Best.
