Each time I have had to submit a claim for Bosco it has been handled quickly. The few times I have spoken with a representative on the phone they have been friendly and professional and answered questions to my satisfaction.
With today's advances in veterinary medicine and the cost of good pet care, having good pet insurance is almost a necessity.

Fast, efficient service that is very easy to understand
The online claims process is very easy to follow and quick to fill in. Pets Best send emails to keep you updated on the progress of your claim (which doesn't usually take more than a few days for them to complete). When I have had bills from multiple vets for the same illness I have only ever had to submit one claim with all the bills attached, Pets Best do all the work splitting into multiple claims - which is great because it can get confusing and I am worried I will miss something if I try to split out the paperwork myself!

Comfort
It’s comforting to know we have a wonderful solid insurance plan on our girl. We don’t have kids and our pets are an extension of us. And it’s nice to know Nationwide has our back should something unexpected arise. I say this after having a cat that had a spiral fracture on a front leg. 3 surgery’s and an amputation later costs a whole lot of bank. But we do this for the beings we love. And since then I knew I’d never not have health insurance on one of our family members.

The best choice I have made for my dogs health and my pocketbook
Nationwide pet insurance is the best. It provides a peace of mind now that my dog is getting older. Nationwide is prompt with payments and always available to answer questions you may have. I recommend to everyone in my life that has a pet!!

Catastrophic situation
But only for catastrophic situations. Hate that the drs visits and necessary meds , like heart worm and flea prevention are nit covered
