We love Nationwide’s pet insurance
I’ve had to submit claims a few times now and it’s always been very easy, and we’ve been fully reimbursed every time. I can’t say enough good things.

Awesome Coverage and Service
Nationwide Pet Insurance has given me the peace of mind that I will be able to always give my pets the highest of care possible. They are quick with payments, clear with what is and isn't covered and provide great customer service if you ever have any questions. My pets will always be covered by Nationwide.

Peace of mind coverage
Puppies manage to get into many things and it is great knowing that Nationwide is on her side. From phone support to prompt reimbursement we have only had good experiences with Nationwide, with both our new puppy and 10 year old.

I love that the policy pays for health maintenance as well as illness/injury. I can afford to keep my dog healthy this way and have protection if she becomes ill.

So fast and easy
Our pup has been ill. A lot of doctor visits and medications. The new vitus vet app makes submitting his claims so easy. And, they are paid so quickly. We are thankful to have this peace of mind while we focus on getting him better.

Long time client
I have been a long time customer. I am also a professional in the veterinary field. Claims processing takes upwards to 30 days or more. You should be ashamed of yourselves and embarrassed to stand behind that. You send cut and paste policy holder info in generic emails with an apology that falls on deaf ears. You wouldnt accept my monthly premium a day late let alone 30 or more no matter how apologetic i was. Action speak louder than words.
