Nationwide turns our claims around in about 3 weeks. Very efficient service with our claims. Sophie has allergies so I am so glad I put her on the best plan that was offered when we got her as a puppy.

ASPCA pet insurance has been the best money we've spent this year. After getting our puppy, learning about hunting breeds and building her social skills and immune system through doggie daycare this insurance company has been very supportive with our claims and quick responses!

I've been very pleased with my Trupanion experience. The process is simple and easy to use on line. I feel my claims have been handled promptly and fairly. The phone representatives are helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that in the past couple of months, it has been hard to get someone to answer the call. I've tried the main number plus several others, the line rings and rings, I'm put on hold by the automated system but no one picks up. I was on hold one day in May for approx. 20 minutes before giving up. If it weren't t for this issue, I d rate Trupanion a 10

Your great. With my health insurance paid as fast as you folks

To save on out-of-pocket costs for myself as the lone income, and well as considering the insurance company and multiple claims, I've always "bundled" services when a pet has to be put under. Not a recommendation with Nationwide. 2 pets had dental work done - around $375 each. One of the 2 pets also had a mass removed (not covered) for an additional $400 ($797 total). Nationwide only gave me credit towards my deductible for $65 of the $375 because they commented as the majority of the $797 was for the mass removal, which was totally incorrect. I left another pet insurance company, thinking I was going to get more (and I'm paying 35% more/month), but so far, it's not the case. Even though it's only been 6 months, I sure hope it improves.

We have had such a positive experience with Nationwide Pet Insurance. It’s a relief knowing our pup is taken care of.
