Responsive great - would like to do on-line versus mail in claim filing for faster turnaround
Overall great responsiveness and good value for the money compared to other insurers. Would like an on-line claim filing capability versus mailing in claim forms.

Very helpful staff, very quick to pay claims i go through the app it's very easy
Very quick to pay for claims which are submitted through the app. Love it i take a picture of my receipt and upload it and i am paid in a matter of days

Well Worth It
My 1 1/2 year old Yorkie has had three bouts of vomiting that landed me at the emergency vet clinic. Each time, I submitted a claim. The first episode took a little more time--it was our first claim. After that, however, claims were easily submitted and processed. I would highly recommend this plan.

Trupanion is absolutely invaluable!
It has been an unexpected tough four months with my two year old having medical issues. Yet, Trupanion has truly made the experience absolutely easier. The coverage has been outstanding. Most amazing is, every time the vet or Hospital has a response from Trupanion within five minutes upon submission of claims.
I love the follow up to me and the genuine message of care for my cat.

PetsBest is the best!
Pets Best insurance follows through with exactly what they say they will, and has excellent coverage. With a previous dog, I used another insurance company that didn't cover much, and I found that out after a hefty vet bill that wasn't reimbursed. With Pets Best, I was confident in choosing surgery for my current dog, knowing that it would be covered 90%. This is a tremendous relief and I'm glad I was able to provide my dog with the best care. I would recommend Pets Best over any other pet insurer.

Outstanding coverage with Nationwide, user friendly website, easy claim submissions, great customer service.
