So easy, my Pug can do it himself!

Great service, so easy, no paperwork required, the doctors office submits claims online - everything is processed asap, you simply pay any differences only as you leave. Could not be easier!

Unhappy client

I completely disagree with the non-routine item for an eye infection and medication being denied. I think your definitions are ridiculous. I am seriously considering cancelling.

Trupanion is a blessing.

Trupanion provides excellent coverage. I have a poochon with a couple of ongoing health issues. I don't know what I would do without them.

First Insurance Claim

I personally had tried to submit a claim or two but, was alway declined. As a result, l was getting ready to cancel the insurance. It was my Veternarian’s office who submitted all the claims for me, and got results. Based on this submission, l would say very thing went quick and fast.

Trupanion is worth it

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I really like how it works with my vet and I only pay my share upon checkout. No filing a claim to get reimbursed.
