I was so discouraged and disappointed
I was so discouraged and disappointed, already shopping around. In previous times it had been very rough contact with customer service. It took me a few days to get the courage, until I called and got Gina; what a way to WOW a customer, in just one interaction everything was dissipated. Empathy, understanding, listening, patience, all good skills she has. Now, Im not shopping around anymore. Gina made me feel me and my Leia are in good hands Message to Fetch: I dont usually leave feedback in any website. But I cannot just skip Ginas. You have a treasure with you. Do what you have to do, but never lose her. Let Gina train other agents and share the empathy and care she has in her blood. Thank you Gina! You are an amazing person..

I called customer service to change my
I called customer service to change my deductible on my second cat Top Cat to match my first cat. I spoke with Lindsey Farley and it was a very pleasant experience. She listened to my concern and promptly looked in my information and discovered why my deductible was different on Top Cat. It seems my AARP number dropped off at some point. She fixed it and made sure the correction was confirmed. Lindsey was very professional and very pleasant to speak with. She is an asset to Fetch for sure.

Healthy Paws took care of us while we took care of Zeus
Zeus our family cat had a rough Nov and Dec 21. A couple of major operations and some maintenance follow-ups had the whole family worried beyond words.
Thankfully, its now six months later and Zeus is once again back to his lovable self thanks to the medical care he received and the help we got from Healthy Paws.
Often, he chases his brother cat from the outside Catio across the couch and up the stairs and he looks like a cheetah the way he bounds, and bounds is the right word because he looks exactly like a cheetah mid-stride!
He makes us happy every day and we thank healthy paws for being there when we needed them.
