Great as usual!

we have had Pet Insurance for at least 5 years prior but have only ever needed it for wellness visits with our local vet. Our dog Bruno developed a tumor in his nose, over a yr ago.He has undergone A CT of his head, nose area and Radiation tx to his nose as well. they covered the CT up to $900.00 and the radiation up to $7000.00. we had to pay up front.submit the bills(which I faxed) and received the checks 2-3 weeks later. we can get direct deposit if you choose. Bruno has done well, however his Tumor came back, so we are going through this again. Nationwide has been wonderful to us and we really appreciate everything. highly recommend this..

The best policy for the price. So glad it was available when I was signing up. Hopefully the can find another plan just as comparable to mine to offer to new customers.

We had a wonderful experience with Nationwide pet insurance during a scary time in our bulldog's life. Filing the claim was very easy and the reimbursement was very quick. We appreciate Nationwide for helping to save our little girl.

We had previously been on PetPlan insurance, and were very unhappy, as the premiums increased in large jumps each year. We are paying less now for our coverage of 2 cats and 1 dog, including wellness, than we were with PetPlan for just emergency-type coverage (no wellness included) for all three. We are so thankful we can take care of our furry kids first and then worry about the cost as a secondary consideration, and not the other way around. Thank you Nationwide!

Through all of the recent tragedy, Nationwide is still there to provide the best possible pet healthcare insurance available. All of Chloe's claims were immediately processed and the payment was timely. Despite the recent activities with COVID, they are still reaching out to check on her to see how she made out after her recent surgery. It's this kind of service that I will remain loyal to. Easy to file a claim.Quick turnaround time. My two German Shepherds require medications and Trupanion has been a life saver.I recommend them to anyone who has a pet.
