Trupanion has been amazing covering Otis's medical treatments. We signed up with you in 2011 and it gave me peace of mind to know that if Otis ever got cancer we could afford to treat him with Trupanion on our side, but I never thought it would actually happen. Otis is our best friend, our furry child, and we would have lost him last year if not for Trupanion. We know our time with him is limited, but we are so grateful for the time we currently have with him because of the amazing doctors and of course Trupanion's coverage.

Always an easy & great experience

Best decision ever made to get pet insurance! Hoped that I never needed to use it. That was true for a while and a little over 2 1/2 years into it, my Frenchie mix suffered a herniated disc. Fortunately, with insurance he was able to get surgery and continues with bi weekly rehab visits without the stress of the financial impacts that the family would have had. Trupanion was and continues to be super easy to assist with the initial incident, reassuring throughout the process and continuing with the submission of claims as incurred. I recommend pet insurance through Trupanion to everyone. Hoping you never have to utilize it but having the peace of mind to know that I was able to get the best care for my dog.

Trupanion Ins associates are VERY prompt in settling claims and I love that they will reimburse my bills 90% for my dog's lifetime. What a comfort to know how protected we are! Thank you
