Over the past 8 years Healthy Paws has been consistently there for us!
Obtained Healthy Paws Ins when pup was less than 1 yr old. Had a few claims over the years but it wasn't until this year when my pooch (8 yrs) tore the meniscus and ligament in one knee did we really need the ins. help. And, Healthy Paws was there for us! And, very quickly the claim was paid to us! I listen to others tell about their pet ins. co. and nobody has a policy as good as Healthy Paws offers. Yes, the premiums increase yearly, however, nothing compared to the cost of veterinary care!

Beyond Impressed
I can't begin to say how astounded I am of FIGO. I sell insurance for a living and can say without a hint of reluctance, that FIGO has been nothing short of amazing. Never a question, never a denial based on a bogus reason. They have paid each claim with such a quickness that I am left wondering how any other company is in business with competition like this. FIGO, you have more than earned my business up to now and in the future, as well as all of the people I refer to you.

Every pet should be protected
When I got my policy for Rene in 2011, the cost was $39.64 a month. After 7 years it has raised up to $117.34. Rene is my service dog and I have to know she is protected if she gets sick or hurt,so I find a way to pay it each month. Every time it raises I wander how I can do it.Rene is my life so I find a way.

Pets Best has already paid for itself.
We have a 6 month old mixed breed, and Pet's Best has already paid for itself. Three trips to the vet is not unusual in first months, mystery intestinal illness in first few weeks, possible obstruction in puppy teething phase, and unexplained sneezing most recently. It's nice to know Pet's Best is on our side and claims are so easy to process. Plus the chat with a vet support help has been peace of mind as well.

always helpful customer service
Unfortunately our wonderful wheaten developed some major, and expensive, health problems. We are retired and live on a fixed income. Without Trupanion's help in contributing to her medical costs I am not sure what we would do. They are always so pleasant and helpful.
