Rocco has seen the vet several times as a pup.. everyone knows Rocco at the vet, they fall in love with his eyes and nosey personality. Nationwide has never failed me!!

I ensure 6 dogs. Until just recently I've been pleased. But now I can only say--- 35 percent increase. Seriously!!!! Starts low,goes high. Way to ruin a day! Still better than some,but u won't stay that way doing that.

Just want to say GREAT JOB to Nationwide Staff and Customer Service as they are extremely fast in processing claims. When I do have to call, every agent is very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to any pet owner!

This has been a tough diagnosis for both of us. She is such a beautiful dog and looks so healthy. One would never know she has cancer and a very bad heart. i will continue to try to make her comfortable - whatever it takes. Trupanion has been diligently working through all her claims and responding quickly to our medical and financial needs. I also know that I can call and talk to one of your caring customer service reps any time during the day and/or night. They are right there for you and I appreciate that very much. We can't thank you enough. I know you will be there till the end.... a very sad day for me.

I have always found the employees at Nationwide Pet insurance to be helpful and courteous. The paperwork (claims) is easy enough accomplished, but I would feel comfortable calling a customer service representative if I did have questions. The payment arrives promptly and I am pleased with every aspect of being a nationwide customer.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive even more than expected on my claim after having my two dogs teeth cleaned.
