Won’t answer emails or phone.
I’ve tried to get ahold of them through the app, email, and phone. No one has gotten back to me, and their phone number just hangs up when you try to call them.
They keep emailing me asking for my pet’s medical history which I’ve given them multiple times. Yet the claim doesn’t get updated, and I keep getting the same email.
This has been going on for over a month.

Processing is fast!

Dependable
My small 8 year old fur baby Luna got attacked by a big dog during a hike, aside from the grief of seeing her helpless and sick, the anxiety on the cost of her treatment did not help too. But I’m thankful I have Nationwide Pet Insurance for her, they are a big help financially and lessens the stress we are having while we patiently wait for Luna to recover.

Rocco has seen the vet several times as a pup.. everyone knows Rocco at the vet, they fall in love with his eyes and nosey personality. Nationwide has never failed me!!

Seriously
I ensure 6 dogs. Until just recently I've been pleased. But now I can only say--- 35 percent increase. Seriously!!!! Starts low,goes high. Way to ruin a day! Still better than some,but u won't stay that way doing that.
