They are absolutely horrible with claims. Pay every month to have to fight every time u need to put in a claim. Would NOT recommend their services.

We are sincerely grateful to Trupanion for covering our mischievous Lab’s recent surgeries (2) and hospitalization for a bowel obstruction/bowel perforation. We are so thankful that we purchased Trupanion insurance for our dogs. We would not have been able to afford to save our dog without the insurance from Trupanion. The hospital bills were over $20,000 to treat the bowel obstruction/perforation. As promised, Trupanion covered 90% of the eligible costs after we paid the deductible. Nationwide’s Whole Pet policy is worth every penny. It’s the best policy I’ve ever had for my numerous cats. Reimbursements have been quick and filing claims with the Vitus Vet app is fast and easy.

I like the easy electronic processing and direct deposit. When I had to call customer service, the rep was very helpful and friendly. Thank you!
