I have a 3 year old Miniature Poodle and a middle-aged (exact age unknown) Lhasa Apso mixed breed. The first had developed several medical complications in his first year, which incurred substantial expense in state of the Art veterinary care and diagnostic expenses. All were covered by ASPCA pet insurance, and they did not increase the premium or terminate the plan in the subsequent years. My dogs are both in good health now, sans some minor illnesses like allergy, ear infections etc. I feel confident that if they fall sick, Heaven forbid, ASPCA Pet Insurance will be there to support. I recommend this company to every pet parent for peace of mind,

My dog Dutch suffered an infection from an impacted anal gland. My vet treated him and he is doing well. My costs were completely reimbursed and I greatly appreciate it.

As always my representative, Dan, was easy to understand, able to access my file immediately and explain changes if any to my plan. He didn't try to sell me any xtra or upgrade my plan even explaining why the only plan enhancement wouldn't include my pet due to age. i wish My insurance was as easy to communicate with and efficient!

I have had excellent service from Nationwide Pet Insurance so far. The forms are easy to fill out and submit and I have had no problem getting my reimbursement. I started Nationwide when my dog was just a puppy and I do notice that each year he ages my premiums go up, I'm not sure how high they will go as he ages and I may have to re-evaluate how much I can afford monthly for the coverage. So far I am very pleased with the service.

My plan is not only wellness care, it is care of emergencies, Veterinary emergency care, yearly dental cleanings, and shots. The hotline to ask for advice when there is an accident or any other concerns. Expensive, yes, but the care we give our pets today is exceptional.

First time have pet Insurance, and it has proven worth it. Nice to have some coverage for preventive apts and Rx.
