When I received my decision, I was unclear on some remarks made on the document. I left an email and within a day I was called to explain the remarks. I called back and spoke with a most pleasant young woman. All of my dealings have been great.

Dexter had Patellar Luxation, I called pets best and asked them if this would be covered, they said yes, it was going to cost $2100.00. Within 21 days Pets Best had paid the Vet $1,12.58 and paid me $336.52, that was part of my deductible which was $1,000. the service from Pets Best over the years has been fantastic, when you have to come up with money for your furbaby you do anything that you can. The service that I received was FANTASTIC, I would recommend pets best to anyone that needs pet insurance.

No questions asked, not a lot of paperwork to submit, just your bill and they understand and pay within a couple of weeks. They have paid me over $50k for the care of my cat! Their app is fantastic. I researched the heck out of pet insurance companies and landed on Healthy Paws. They have great rates, low deductibles and unlike some carriers they do not outright exclude hereditary conditions (how are you supposed to know if your cute puppy is going to have bad hips one day?) I have owned previous pets with exensive, unexpected medical bills an insisted to my partner we get medical insurance out of the gate for our new rescue puppy. He was skeptical until we received our 1st emergency vet bill after our puppy did something ridiculous like puppies do. THAT changed his tune! I recommend Healthy Paws to friends, clients and even our vet. Not only is it a great insurance policy, they are great pet-loving folks. Even after a claim was closed they emailed to check in on our dog. Even when our dog ATE part of the reimbursement check and they had to send another. Ha!

Nationwide is the best!

Pets Best is true to their word. I don't have to worry about reimbursement as long as I submit the proper paperwork. With the use of technology, its as simple as taking a picture of the receipt and using the app.

Healthy Paws Pet Ins has been amazing.My beautiful blue nose pitbull has had a lot of health issues and healthy paws has covered them all. From acupuncture to hydrotherapy to dental work. The only pet insurance I Recommend to any animal owner
