Wonderful Service
I am extremely thankful for the service you provide given that we have a dog with chronic allergies. I do wish the timeliness of the refunds would increase. What used to take weeks is now taking months.

Grateful
My little girl Piglet is a naughty one. During Christmas she somehow managed to ingest a giant rubber ball that cause total blockage. It was traveling in her for a weeks so it took on many symptoms and for a long time we did not know what was wrong. When she stopped eating and starting regurgitating non stop we took her to the vet for some expensive tests that were inconclusive so they sent us to an ER where they ran even more tests.
Piglet had to stay with them for days while they ran tests, and it was one of the most stressful experiences I have had. I can't even imagine what I would have done if I didn't have Healthy Paws Insurance. I work for a non-profit and live paycheck to paycheck. I had to use my emergency credit card and rack up thousands that I simply would not have been able to pay back any time soon. I am so grateful for Healthy Paws, they made it extremely easy to submit the claims and not only were they approved within a few days but I was refunded 80% of the costs before I even had to pay off my card, so yay! I didn't have to go in debt. Thank you HP!

Very responsive and reasonable
I tell people all the time how glad I am that we have pet insurance and how wonderful Nationwide is. Claims are processed quickly and none of her charges have ever been questioned.

Awesome and speedy claim service
My dog Gunnar went to vet for his yearly vet examination and update on vaccines. The vet discovered he had a slight ear infection in his left ear. Nationwide Ins. Needless to say was very quick on settling my claim.

Nationwide is the best!
I've had Nationwide since they took over for VPI. Nationwide has a very comprehensive plan. Claims are paid very quickly. Customer service, when needed, has been excellent.

So far, so good!
First and foremost, I have experienced nothing but great customer service. I filed my first claim and it was taken care of quickly and easily as expected. I would score a 10, however some points are lost for the fact that my premium increased after 1 year, substantially. However, because they have great customer service, they worked with me to figure out a way to make it work and for that I am thankful and grateful. The key will be the following years.

Quickly reimbursed
My puppy was spayed. It took me a long while to decide to do it, but after her procedure I was quickly reimbursed for her procedure and even the pre-lab bloodwork
