This isn’t my first review of Healthy Paws, but I just can’t say enough about the company. My 4 ½ year old Goldendoodle, Sailor, was recently hospitalized overnight for an intestinal problem, and we had to return to the ER Clinic the next night, and follow up with a visit to her regular veterinarian two days later. She had multiple x-rays, a catheter, sedation, and numerous medications, etc. and the total of all bills was approximately $ 3000. Healthy Paws processed my claims within 3 days and direct deposited my reimbursement immediately. They e-mailed me every step of the way, letting me know the progress of the claims, when they had completed processing the claims, and a final e-mail asking me how Sailor was, wishing her well, and sending her a hug! I LOVE this company! I have recommended Healthy Paws to many of my friends and to other “doodle” owners on Facebook. Great rates, impeccable customer service, and a group of people who truly care. Filing a claim through my Vets office was an easy process. Also when I spoke with customer service on the phone all my questions were answered with knowledge about the process and other questions I might have had. I am pleased with ASPCA pet insurance policy and will continue to have it for my pet.

I have your policy for over 6 years and it comes handy in an emergency. The vets office fills out the forms on line so it's no work for me.
