I'm 62 and have never in my life experienced a company as excellent as Trupanion. My dog has a disease that will be with him for life and is rather expensive. My vet bills Trupanion directly, they pay usually the same day, have never questioned a bill, and provides such ease of mind I am simply floored. I wish human health insurance was run as efficiently!

Having Trupanion is one of the very best decisions I made for my dogs. The claim process is easy and quick, and it has paid for itself. Excellent service!

I have been pleased with Healthy Paws. The enrollment process was very easy. Our cat had respiratory issues that required several vet visits, x-rays, blood tests & pharmaceuticals. The claims process was simple using the app. Healthy Paws needed all of her medical records to process the claims so getting that info sent over from both vets offices delayed the initial payment. Once they received the records, the claims were processed right away & money deposited to my designated account. The follow up visit claims were processed right away as they only needed the new notes. I wish I had gotten this insurance on my dog when he was a puppy. I have learned my lesson. I will add new pets to this policy as they come home.

Your customer service is awesome!

Took many months just to get a response. And the end results was denied because they couldnt get a response from my vet office. If someone would have emailed, texted or called me to inform me they were having issues, I would have assisted by reaching out to my vet myself.
