The only complaint I have is about billing. There was a delay in billing my account for about 6 months. Then you decide to charge me more monthly than my monthly premium. That’s fine but I was never notified as to this or how long this will go on. So I would like to know when the increased premium will end.

Fast payment and the ap makes it so much easier

This is the best pet insurance that I have ever had. The claims are handled fast and the customer service is out of this world!!!!

This survey only allows for the identification of one dog. I have three, a 13 week-old male Shih-Tzu, a 2 year-old female Shorkie, and a 9 year-old female Black Lab. It is the Lab I identified. I have coverage for all three dogs, the two smallest have a 90% plan, the Lab a 70% plan. I have had to rely on this insurance on several occasions and I would recommend it to anyone. You never know when you will need it and good veterinary care doesn't come cheap, especially emergency care. Service is excellent, the Customer Service Reps are outstanding and the on-line claims process is a breeze. I 100% recommend this insurance.

Shortly after becoming a client I was slammed with incidents with both of my dogs. I filed 3 claims in less than two years. All of my claims were quick, painless and adequate. I had my vet send in the claims which I would suggest people do as medical nomenclature and accurate discriptions of procedures are sometimes not articulated properly by non medical personnel. There were a few gray areas in my mind but after reviewing my contract I found all my claims were processed in a very timely and efficient manner according to our contract. I find the peace of mind provided by insurance with a company of integrity is priceless for me as my animals are family.

The process for filling the insurance was so easy and other than a hiccup with my banking information it was a breeze. So thankful we had this insurance.

I am technologically challenged and was concerned a claim would be difficult to file. I don't even know what the formats you asked for meant. But I took pics of the needed info, attached them to the form, and like magic I was done. The response time was very fast. Wish people insurance was so easy.
