Incredibly fast and easy to submit claim
Lemonade has always been great with my home insurance, and so when I recently switched to pet insurance, it’s not surprise how efficient and easy they make everything! I answered a few automated questions (and could easily chat with a rep if need be) and submitted a PDF of my vet receipt. Literally 30 seconds later, the money arrived in my bank for reimbursement! I do wish they had slightly more coverage (out of a $260 standard vet visit, I got $160 reimbursed), but for how quickly they process everything, it’s totally worth it!!!

Lemonade is Ridiculously Convenient and Fast
I've had to submit 2 claims with Lemonade so far and both of them have been an absolute breeze. The first was for an emergency visit over the weekend and we had our reimbursement the same week. The second one was just a regular checkup where we were reimbursed literally as soon as I submitted the claim!

Excellent client service.
Excellent client service. I have yet to make a claim... However, the rep was well informed, assisted me in getting started on my multiple claims, and assired me that if I have any questions along the way,
I'm free to call the company 24/7! That's fantastic & compassionate service!
processed..... of course the bottomline will be how the claims are processed. (I was informed about deductibles so there will be no surprises.)

The claims process was easy to follow. I was surprised that the examination fee was not included in the covered costs for an emergency, but overall, I was quite pleased with the process.

Trupanion is the Best
Our dog Riley had to have surgery and they
reimbursed our cost within 2 days.
They were so great to work with.
