I'm free to call the company 24/7! That's fantastic & compassionate service!
processed..... of course the bottomline will be how the claims are processed. (I was informed about deductibles so there will be no surprises.)

The claims process was easy to follow. I was surprised that the examination fee was not included in the covered costs for an emergency, but overall, I was quite pleased with the process.

Healthy Paws Does it Right
Healthy Paws makes it easy to submit a claim. Once the claim is submitted they communicate with you regarding the status of the claim. They have always been fast in moving the claim through their system and issuing reimbursement. They are a quality company.

Saved Me and my pups.
I would not have been able to retire when I planned were it not for Trupanion. I have 2 mini dachshunds and before they were 6 years old Trupanion paid for 4 back surgeries, over $20,000 plus years of pain meds and many other minor ailments. Now one has Cushings and Trupanion has been in step covering her treatment. I tell new pet owners to get Pet Insurance--specifically Trupanion. If you never need it your the LUCKIEST person ever. But when the vet says your pup needs treatment you don't need to worry about how you're going to pay for it. It's the best thing I've ever done for my pets.
