When I called for information about filing a claim the representative was very nice and helpful. The wait period was impressive. I only filed claim two weeks ago, actually two claims at once, and I received notice today that they have been settled. I appreciate that.

I have an older dog with several meds. I text vet what I need and everything is taken care of through Trupanion by the time I get there. Very pleased with service they provide.
